Payment: Payments must be made in full or as specified in the terms of the reservation. We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in, or no-shows, will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate.
Amendments: Changes to your booking, including dates or number of rooms, must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Amendments made after 12:00 PM, 3 days before check-in, may be subject to a one-night charge.
Early Check-Out: If you check out earlier than the reserved date, a charge for the nights originally booked will apply.
Accommodations: Guests are allowed to use rooms, event halls, and other facilities as outlined in the booking confirmation. Any damages caused to property or misuse of facilities will result in charges for repairs and replacements.
Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward others and staff. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property if they engage in disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe behavior.
Event Reservations: Our event hall is available for booking through the website or by contacting our team directly. Specific terms and pricing for event bookings are provided separately.
Event Cancellations and Modifications: Any event cancellations or modifications made after confirmation are subject to the cancellation policy and retention charges as outlined in your booking agreement.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Liability: Ngongbadang is not liable for any injuries, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during your stay or event, except in cases of negligence or breach of duty by our staff or property.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
